Shipping policy

Shipping Charges:

Ireland: €5.95 shipping charge per order for Ireland.

United Kingdom: €10 shipping charge per order for UK. Import duty is the liability of the customer.

USA: For orders to USA, shipping is calculated by weight at the post office. There will be a flat rate of €48 applied at checkout. If your shipping costs less than the flat rate, I will refund you the difference. Import duty is the liability of the customer.

Canada: For orders to Canada, shipping is calculated by weight at the post office. There will be a flat rate of €48 applied at checkout. If your shipping costs less than the flat rate, I will refund you the difference. Import duty is the liability of the customer.

Australia: For orders to Australia, shipping is calculated by weight at the post office. There will be a flat rate of €57 applied at checkout. If your shipping costs less than the flat rate, I will refund you the difference. Import duty is the liability of the customer.

New Zealand: For orders to New Zealand, shipping is calculated by weight at the post office. There will be a flat rate of €57 applied at checkout. If your shipping costs less than the flat rate, I will refund you the difference. Import duty is the liability of the customer.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Deliveries to Ireland usually take 2-4 business days. 

Deliveries to The UK, USA, Australia and Canada can take 2-3 weeks due to customs clearance.
Any import duty due is not the liability of Saucy Pups. It must be paid by the customer.

Tracked Postage: Most orders are sent by Tracked Postage with An Post. If this applies to your order, you will receive a tracking number, by email, once your order is dispatched. Tracked postage may take up to a week to arrive. 

Missing Orders: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If 2 weeks has passed, please email me at info@saucypups.com and I will be happy to help you.

Busy Time Periods: Please be aware that shipping times will be longer at busier times of the year, like Christmas. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive. If you are unsure of timelines, send me an email at info@saucypups.com.

Weekends / Public Holidays: Please note shipping times are based on normal working weekdays. Allow extra time for orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays.
